Refund policy
Last updated 13 October 2026 · bmvp.ai Ltd
Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of first subscribing to a plan and we'll refund the days you haven't used. Something faulty? Contact us at any time. Google Play's own refund route is there too, but you don't need it to get a refund from us.
What this covers
All Treasynx payments are taken by Google Play. This policy covers the Pro, Advanced, Home, Super, Infinite and Singularity subscriptions (£1.19, £5.99, £17.99, £35.99, £82.99 and £359.99 a month in the UK, and Singularity also at £600 every 3 months), as well as the one-off premium report export (£3.59 in the UK). Refunds we agree are issued through Google Play to the payment method you used.
Within 14 days of subscribing: our refund promise
If you ask within 14 days of first subscribing to a plan, we refund the days you haven't used. This is our own promise, on top of your legal rights.
- Email support@bmvp.ai with your Google Play order number (it starts GPA.) and say you want to cancel and get a refund.
- We agree every request made within the 14 days, cancel your subscription so it won't renew, and reply by email.
- We issue the refund within 14 days of agreeing it, through Google Play to the payment method you used. There is no fee. You keep access until the end of the paid month.
How it's worked out. We charge only for the days you had access: the monthly price × days used ÷ days in the month, rounded down to the penny, and we refund the rest. The day you subscribed counts as day 1, up to and including the day you asked.
For Singularity paid every 3 months, the same applies over your first 3 months: the 3-monthly price × days used ÷ the days in those 3 months (89 to 92), rounded down to the penny. You keep access until the end of the 3 months you've paid for.
Worked example. You subscribe to Advanced (£5.99 a month) on 3 January and ask for a refund on 7 January. The month runs from 3 January to 3 February: 31 days. You used 5 days (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 January). Charge: £5.99 × 5 ÷ 31 = £0.9661, rounded down to £0.96. Refund: £5.03.
The full method is in our subscription terms. If you move to a different plan, the 14 days start again for the new plan.
Your legal right to cancel (cooling-off)
By law you can cancel a subscription within 14 days of subscribing. You lose that legal right once you have asked for immediate access, acknowledged that you lose it, and access has started; the app asks you to confirm this with a tick box before you subscribe. If you didn’t give that confirmation, you keep the legal right: cancel within 14 days and ask support@bmvp.ai for a refund. Either way, our 14-day refund promise above applies.
After you buy, the app shows a confirmation you can save.
Faulty or not as described
If Treasynx or a purchase is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, contact us at any time. You're entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires, whenever you bought it.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time. Apart from the cases above, we don't refund months that have already started; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling and refunding are different things. You can cancel at any time, with no notice period: in the app (Choose your plan → Cancel subscription), in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Treasynx → Cancel), or by email to support@bmvp.ai. See how to cancel. We send you an end-of-subscription notice confirming the date your subscription ends.
Payment reminders
Every 6 months, we remind you in the Treasynx app between 10 and 5 days before the payment is taken, so you can decide whether to continue.
Price changes
We never raise the price of an existing subscription without your agreement. If we ever offer a new price, it applies only if you accept it in Google Play. If you don't accept it, you are never charged the new price, and your subscription ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
Google Play's own refund route
Google Play also has its own refund policy, separate from ours. You don't need it to get a refund from us, but you can use it:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Find the Treasynx purchase and tap Refund or Report a problem.
- Choose a reason and submit. Google tells you the outcome.
Google decides refund requests under its own rules and time limits, set out in Google Play's refund policy. Asking soon after you buy is usually simplest.
Consumable purchases
The one-off premium report export is used up when you export a report, and does not renew. Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about digital content. That right can end once supply begins, if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose it. The export is available as soon as you buy it, so please check it's what you want first. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Your statutory rights
Under UK consumer law you have rights when buying digital content, including a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. That right can be lost once supply of digital content begins, if you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose it — but it is never removed by anything on this page. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. If a purchase was faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, whatever Play's usual refund window.
If Play says no
Play declines requests sometimes, occasionally for reasons that don't reflect the situation. If you believe you're entitled to a refund and Play has refused, email support@bmvp.ai with:
- Your Google Play order number (starts GPA.)
- Which purchase it was
- What went wrong
We aim to reply within five working days. If you're entitled to a refund under UK law, we will issue it ourselves through Google Play within 14 days of agreeing it.
Where a refund isn't due
Apart from our 14-day refund promise, we won't usually support a request where the following apply, unless the problem was caused by a fault in Treasynx:
- The purchase was made a long time ago and used substantially throughout.
- The complaint is about a third-party service you configured yourself — costs charged by an AI provider on your own key, or a WebDAV host being unavailable.
- Data was lost because no backup existed. Treasynx stores your day only on your device; that's stated in the app, in the terms and on the privacy page.
Even then, ask. We'd rather hear the specifics than have you assume the answer.
