Subscription terms

Last updated 14 October 2026 · bmvp.ai Ltd

The short version. Treasynx plans are monthly subscriptions paid through Google Play. They renew every month until you cancel, with no minimum term and no notice period. You can cancel at any time in the app, in Google Play or by email. Every 6 months we remind you in the app before a payment. If you ask within 14 days of first subscribing to a plan, we refund the days you haven't used.

Singularity every 3 months. Singularity can also be paid every 3 months: £600 every 3 months. Renews automatically until you cancel, and we remind you in the app before every payment.

Renewal and minimum term

Your subscription renews automatically every month, on the same date as the day you subscribed, and Google Play charges the monthly price each time. It carries on until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no notice period: the least you will ever pay is one month's price.

If you pay for Singularity every 3 months, it renews automatically every 3 months, on the same date as the day you subscribed, until you cancel. The least you pay is 3 months' price, and you keep access until the end of the 3 months you've paid for.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in whichever way is easiest:

  1. In the app: open Choose your plan and tap Cancel subscription. It takes you to your Treasynx subscription in Google Play to confirm.
  2. In Google Play: tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Treasynx → Cancel subscription.
  3. By email: send a clear statement, such as “I am cancelling my Treasynx subscription”, to support@bmvp.ai, with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play receipt email, or under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history).

Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. Step by step, with what happens next: How to cancel.

Payment reminders

Every 6 months, we remind you before the payment is taken: between 10 and 5 days before every 6th monthly payment. The reminder is sent inside the Treasynx app, as a notification, and kept in the app so you can read it again. It tells you the date and amount of the payment, what you paid last time, and how to cancel if you don't want to continue.

If you pay for Singularity every 3 months, we remind you before every payment, between 10 and 5 days before it is taken.

If notifications are turned off for Treasynx, the reminder appears the next time you open the app.

When your subscription ends

When you cancel, or your subscription ends for any other reason, we send you an end-of-subscription notice. It confirms that your subscription has ended or will end, the date it ends, and that you won't be charged again. You'll get it in the Treasynx app; if you cancelled by email, we reply by email within 24 hours. Google Play also emails its own confirmation.

Your right to cancel in the first 14 days

The cooling-off period starts on the day you subscribe and ends 14 days after that day. You can cancel by telling us clearly, for example by email to support@bmvp.ai.

You lose this legal right once you have asked for immediate access, acknowledged that you lose it, and access has started. Treasynx always starts immediately: before you subscribe, the app asks you to tick a box to confirm this. So in practice the legal right ends when you subscribe.

There are no further cooling-off periods when a monthly plan renews.

Our 14-day refund promise

Even though the legal right ends when access starts, we offer our own refund. If you ask within 14 days of first subscribing to a plan, we refund the days you haven't used.

How refunds are worked out

We charge only for the days you had access, and refund the rest:

Worked example. You subscribe to Advanced (£5.99 a month) on 3 January and ask for a refund on 7 January. The month runs from 3 January to 3 February: 31 days. You used 5 days (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 January). Charge: £5.99 × 5 ÷ 31 = £0.9661, rounded down to £0.96. Refund: £5.03.

For Singularity paid every 3 months, the same applies over your first 3 months: the charge is the 3-monthly price × days used ÷ the days from the day you subscribed to your first renewal (89 to 92), rounded down to the penny, and you keep access until the end of the 3 months you've paid for.

Rounding is always in your favour, and sometimes we refund in full when that's simpler.

If something is wrong

If Treasynx is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at any time, including a repair, replacement or refund where the law requires it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Complaints

Email support@bmvp.ai with your order number. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Citizens Advice consumer service. We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and we do not subscribe to a code of conduct.

Compatibility

Treasynx runs on Android 8.0 and later. Your plans, entries and settings are stored on your phone. Some features need an internet connection: cloud AI providers you choose (under your own account), weather, maps and place search, product look-ups and backups to your own server. The on-device AI works without a connection once its model is downloaded.
