How to cancel your subscription

1. In the Treasynx app

1. Open Treasynx and go to Choose your plan.
2. Tap Cancel subscription. In some versions of the app this button is called Manage or cancel subscriptions.
3. Google Play opens on your Treasynx subscription. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

2. In Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Choose Treasynx and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the steps to confirm.

On a computer, you can also cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

3. By email

Email support@bmvp.ai saying you want to cancel, and include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play receipt email, or under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). We'll cancel it within 24 hours and send you a confirmation with the end date.

We treat your subscription as cancelled from the time you send the email, and we stop it renewing in Google Play. You don't need to give a reason.

What happens next

• An end-of-subscription notice. We confirm that your subscription has been cancelled and the date it ends: in the Treasynx app, or by email within 24 hours if you cancelled by email. Google Play also emails its own confirmation.
• Access until the end of the paid period. You keep every feature of your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for: the month, or the 3 months if you pay for Singularity every 3 months. After that, Treasynx carries on with the free plan.
• No further payments. You won't be charged again unless you subscribe again.
