Treasynx is provided by BMVP.AI LTD (trading as bmvp.ai), registered in England & Wales, company no. 17126191. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall it.

Who can use Treasynx

You must be 18 or over to use Treasynx.

What you get

A personal licence to use Treasynx on devices you own or control. The app is for your own planning. You keep everything you create in it — your tasks, notes and plans are yours, not ours, and we claim no rights over them.

What Treasynx is not

Treasynx is a planning tool. Nothing in the app or on our website is financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice. Figures are estimates from your own entries, for planning only, and nothing is guaranteed.

• Not medical advice. Chronotype results, circadian windows, wellbeing prompts, and the fitness, food and health diaries are drawn from published research and offered for general interest. They are not a diagnosis, not screening, and not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. If you have a health concern, speak to a professional.
• Not financial or investment advice. The time-value, savings, money, Finance and Treasynx Intelligence tools, and the money tools in Singularity, are arithmetic on your own entries to help you think about hours and money. They are not recommendations and not a substitute for a qualified, regulated financial adviser. They do not connect to a bank, do not move money and do not trade. bmvp.ai Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
• Not tax, legal or accounting advice. The business tools (invoices, tax pot, VAT, mileage, late-payment interest, rate, cash-flow and margin figures) work from your own entries and the percentages you set. Treasynx files nothing with HMRC, is not a tax return, and takes no payments for you. Check anything important with a qualified professional.
• Not a guarantee of outcomes. Forecasts, scores, odds, suggestions and estimates in any plan are worked out from what you entered and can be wrong. The app can show you where your hours and money go. What you do about it is yours.

Purchases

Treasynx is free to use. Optional subscriptions are listed below at their UK prices:

• Pro — £1.19/month in the UK. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Advanced — £5.99/month in the UK. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Home — £17.99/month in the UK. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Super — £35.99/month in the UK. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Infinite — £82.99/month in the UK. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Singularity — £359.99/month in the UK. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Singularity every 3 months — £600 every 3 months in the UK. Renews automatically every 3 months until cancelled.

Each plan includes the features of the plans below it, as listed in the app under Choose your plan. Every plan, Singularity included, is sold on the same terms: it gives access to the features listed for it, and makes no other promise.

One item is sold as a single purchase rather than a plan: a premium report export (£3.59 in the UK), for people whose plan does not include them; Super, Infinite and Singularity include them. Each one is used up when you export a report, does not renew and does not expire. There are no other add-ons or top-ups.

All payments are taken by Google Play, not by us. Google Play shows the price for your country and currency before you buy, and that is the price that applies. See our refund policy.

Subscriptions

The key information about every plan, including prices, renewal, reminders, cancelling, cooling-off and refunds, is in our subscription terms, which form part of these terms. In short:

• Renewal. Plans renew monthly until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no notice period.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time: in the app, in Google Play, or by email to support@bmvp.ai (how to cancel). Cancelling stops future payments. You keep the plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we send you an end-of-subscription notice.
• Reminders. Every 6 months, we remind you in the Treasynx app between 10 and 5 days before the payment is taken.
• Your legal right to cancel in the first 14 days. When you choose a plan, the app asks you to confirm you want access straight away and that you understand you lose your legal right to cancel within 14 days once it starts. If you didn’t give that confirmation, you can cancel within 14 days and ask support@bmvp.ai for a refund.
• Our 14-day refund promise. Even if that right has ended, if you ask within 14 days of first subscribing to a plan, we refund the days you haven’t used, within 14 days of agreeing it, through Google Play to the payment method you used.
• Price changes. We never raise the price of an existing subscription without your agreement. A new price applies only if you accept it in Google Play.

After you buy, the app shows a confirmation you can save.

Gamification has no cash value

Treasynx contains no gambling, no loot boxes and no real-money wagering. XP, levels, streaks and badges are progress indicators with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or cashed out, and can be reset by you at any time.

Your own AI keys and servers

If you configure an AI provider, you do so under your own account and your own agreement with that provider. You are responsible for your key, your usage and any cost they charge you. The same applies to a WebDAV server you connect for backups. We provide the connection; we don't operate the service and can't be responsible for its availability, output or charges.

Business records you keep

If you record clients, invoices or other people's details in the business tools, those records stay on your phone and we never receive them. You decide what is recorded and are responsible for it, as the business that keeps those records.

Third-party data

Weather comes from MET Norway (CC BY 4.0). Place search comes from Photon (komoot), and map and place data from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. Directions open in your own maps app, under its own terms. These are provided as-is; we don't warrant their accuracy. Don't rely on them where being wrong would be dangerous.

Your data is your responsibility

Because Treasynx stores your day on your device and not on a server, we cannot recover it if you lose your phone, uninstall the app, or forget a backup passphrase. Please export backups. This is the direct trade-off for us never holding your data, and we'd rather be plain about it than surprise you.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, attempt to bypass paid features, or use it to break the law. We may end your licence if you do.

Liability

We supply Treasynx with reasonable care and skill, and paid features will be as described and of satisfactory quality. If faulty digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content and we didn’t use reasonable care, we will repair the damage or compensate you. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

A practical note. Keep backups of anything that matters to you, and don’t rely on Treasynx alone for critical alarms or appointments: phones run out of battery, and settings such as Do Not Disturb or battery saving can silence an alarm.

Changes

We may change these terms or features for good reasons (security, law, keeping the app working). We will not raise the price of an existing subscription without your agreement. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of any change that makes a paid plan worse, and you can cancel and get a refund for any unused paid period. Changes are noted in release notes, and the current version always lives at treasynx.com/terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
