Treasynx is provided by bmvp.ai Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 17126191. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall it.

What you get

A personal licence to use Treasynx on devices you own or control. The app is for your own planning. You keep everything you create in it — your tasks, notes and plans are yours, not ours, and we claim no rights over them.

What Treasynx is not

• Not medical advice. Chronotype results, circadian windows and wellbeing prompts are drawn from published research and offered for general interest. They are not a diagnosis and not a substitute for a doctor. If you have a sleep or health concern, speak to a professional.
• Not financial advice. The time-value and investment tools are illustrative arithmetic to help you think about hours. They are not projections and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
• Not a guarantee of outcomes. The app can show you where your hours go. What you do about it is yours.

Purchases

Treasynx is free to use. Optional purchases are:

• Pro — £1/month. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Advanced — £2.99/month. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Super — £5.99/month, or £59/year. Renews until cancelled.
• Infinite — the top consumer tier, priced in the app. Renews until cancelled.
• Team — £15/month for up to five people. Renews until cancelled.
• One-off top-ups. Extra AI generations, a 24-hour priority boost, and premium exports are sold individually rather than as a plan. These are consumed when used.

Which features sit behind which tier can change as the app develops. Experimental and Labs features in particular sit behind Infinite, because they are unfinished by definition and Infinite is the tier that buys them early rather than the tier that buys better ones. If a change would remove something you are already paying for, we will honour your existing access rather than take it away mid-subscription.

All payments are taken by Google Play, not by us. Price and billing frequency are shown before you buy. To cancel, go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Treasynx → Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the plan until the current period ends. See our refund policy.

Gamification has no cash value

Treasynx contains no gambling, no loot boxes and no real-money wagering. XP, levels, streaks and badges are progress indicators with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or cashed out, and can be reset by you at any time.

Your own AI keys and servers

If you configure an AI provider, you do so under your own account and your own agreement with that provider. You are responsible for your key, your usage and any cost they charge you. The same applies to a WebDAV server you connect for backups. We provide the connection; we don't operate the service and can't be responsible for its availability, output or charges.

Running a model on your own device

Treasynx can run a small language model on your phone. We do not supply, host or redistribute any model. You obtain the file from its publisher and accept their licence — for the Gemma models, Google's Gemma Terms of Use. bmvp.ai Ltd is not a party to that agreement and does not verify it; complying with it is between you and the publisher. A model small enough to run on a phone is markedly weaker than a hosted one, and we make no claim about the quality of what it produces.

When the AI acts on your schedule

On the "Let it act" screen the AI can read your schedule and propose adding, moving or removing blocks. It only ever proposes — nothing changes until you read the list and tap Apply, and a log of every proposal and every applied change is kept on that screen. The AI has no ability to set alarms, change settings, spend money or reach anything outside the app. You remain responsible for what you choose to apply, and for checking it. AI output can be confidently wrong.

Third-party data

Weather comes from OpenWeatherMap. Place and route data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL, and from OpenRouteService. These are provided as-is; we don't warrant their accuracy. Don't rely on them where being wrong would be dangerous.

Your data is your responsibility

Because Treasynx stores your day on your device and not on a server, we cannot recover it if you lose your phone, uninstall the app, or forget a backup passphrase. Please export backups. This is the direct trade-off for us never holding your data, and we'd rather be plain about it than surprise you.

Donating plan shapes

You may optionally consent to send us twelve anonymous numbers describing the shape of a plan, to improve the app's starting suggestions for everyone. It is off by default, you can withdraw at any time in the app, and declining costs you nothing. Full detail is in the privacy policy. This feature is for users aged 18 or over.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, attempt to bypass paid features, or use it to break the law. We may end your licence if you do.

Liability

Treasynx is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bmvp.ai Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit, or missed appointments arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be noted in release notes, and the current version always lives at treasynx.com/terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
