Treasynx is provided by bmvp.ai Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 17126191. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall it.

What you get

A personal licence to use Treasynx on devices you own or control. The app is for your own planning. You keep everything you create in it — your tasks, notes and plans are yours, not ours, and we claim no rights over them.

What Treasynx is not

• Not medical advice. Chronotype results, circadian windows, wellbeing prompts, and the fitness, food and health diaries are drawn from published research and offered for general interest. They are not a diagnosis, not screening, and not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. If you have a health concern, speak to a professional.
• Not financial advice. The time-value, investment and Finance tools are illustrative arithmetic to help you think about hours and money. They are not projections, not recommendations, and not a substitute for a qualified, regulated financial adviser. The Finance module does not trade, does not calculate tax, and does not produce figures suitable for a tax return.
• Not a guarantee of outcomes. The app can show you where your hours go. What you do about it is yours.

Purchases

Treasynx is free to use. Optional subscriptions are:

• Pro — £1/month. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Advanced — £4.99/month. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Super — £30/month or annually. Renews until cancelled.
• Infinite — £69/month. Renews monthly until cancelled.
• Team — £200/month for up to 5 people, £40/month per extra seat. Includes all Infinite-tier features for every member. Also available at £2,000/year for the base 5 seats. Agreed directly in writing and invoiced separately, not sold through the app.

Two add-on subscriptions (Advanced Analytics and AI Priority) can be bought separately from the main ladder and renew monthly. One-off consumables (AI generation packs, priority boosts, report exports) are used up as you use them and do not renew.

All payments are taken by Google Play, not by us. Prices are shown by Google Play for your region and currency before you buy — the price you see is the price that applies. To cancel, go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Treasynx → Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the plan until the current period ends. See our refund policy.

Gamification has no cash value

Treasynx contains no gambling, no loot boxes and no real-money wagering. XP, levels, streaks and badges are progress indicators with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or cashed out, and can be reset by you at any time.

Your own AI keys and servers

If you configure an AI provider, you do so under your own account and your own agreement with that provider. You are responsible for your key, your usage and any cost they charge you. The same applies to a WebDAV server you connect for backups. We provide the connection; we don't operate the service and can't be responsible for its availability, output or charges.

Third-party data

Weather comes from OpenWeatherMap. Place and route data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL, and from OpenRouteService. These are provided as-is; we don't warrant their accuracy. Don't rely on them where being wrong would be dangerous.

Your data is your responsibility

Because Treasynx stores your day on your device and not on a server, we cannot recover it if you lose your phone, uninstall the app, or forget a backup passphrase. Please export backups. This is the direct trade-off for us never holding your data, and we'd rather be plain about it than surprise you.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, attempt to bypass paid features, or use it to break the law. We may end your licence if you do.

Liability

Treasynx is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bmvp.ai Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit, or missed appointments arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be noted in release notes, and the current version always lives at treasynx.com/terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
