Delete your Treasynx data

Treasynx has no accounts. There is no profile, no login and no copy of your plans, notes or money figures on a server of ours: everything you put into the app is kept on your phone.

What can be on our servers

• Usage statistics, only if you switched them on. Anonymous events under a random identifier made on your phone.
• Donated plan shapes, only if you switched plan-shape donation on. Anonymous, under a separate random identifier.

Delete it from the app

The app deletes both for you, straight away, in any of these ways:

• Open My data and tap Delete my data held by Treasynx.
• Switch usage statistics or plan-shape donation off.
• Use Erase everything (Storage & cache), which also removes everything on the phone.

No app, or it will not open?

Email support@bmvp.ai and we will help. Because there are no accounts we cannot look you up by name or email address, so the app is the most reliable route.

Data on your phone

Uninstalling Treasynx deletes everything it kept on your phone. Erase everything in the app does the same without uninstalling.
