Refund policy
Last updated 2 August 2026 · bmvp.ai Ltd
Every Treasynx purchase can be refunded through Google Play. If Play declines and you think it shouldn't have, write to us and we'll look at it ourselves.
Where refunds are handled
All Treasynx payments are taken by Google Play, so refunds go through Play rather than through us. This covers every purchase in the app: Pro (£1/month); the Advanced (£2.99/month), Super (£5.99/month or £59/year), Infinite and Team (£15/month) subscriptions; and the one-off top-ups — extra AI generations, the 24-hour priority boost, and premium exports.
One difference worth knowing about the top-ups: they are consumable, so once used they are gone in a way a subscription period is not. Play will normally still refund an unused one. If you bought a pack and haven't spent it, say so in your request — it makes the outcome much more likely.
How to request one
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Find the Treasynx purchase and tap Refund or Report a problem.
- Choose a reason and submit. Google usually responds within a few days.
Within 48 hours of buying, Play generally processes refunds automatically. After that it's reviewed case by case.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling and refunding are different things. To cancel: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Treasynx → Cancel. That stops future renewals and you keep the plan until the current period ends. Cancelling does not by itself refund the period you've already paid for.
Your statutory rights
Under UK consumer law you have rights when buying digital content, including a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. That right can be lost once you begin using downloadable content, having agreed to immediate access — but it is never removed by anything on this page. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. If a purchase was faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of Play's ordinary refund window.
If Play says no
Play declines requests sometimes, occasionally for reasons that don't reflect the situation. If you believe you're entitled to a refund and Play has refused, email support@treasynx.com with:
- Your Google Play order number (starts GPA.)
- Which purchase it was
- What went wrong
We'll reply within five working days. We can't process the payment ourselves — only Google can — but we can pursue it with Play on your behalf and we will if the request is fair.
Where a refund isn't due
To be straightforward about it, we won't usually support a request where:
- The purchase was made a long time ago and used substantially throughout.
- The complaint is about a third-party service you configured yourself — costs charged by an AI provider on your own key, or a WebDAV host being unavailable.
- Data was lost because no backup existed. Treasynx stores your day only on your device; that's stated in the app, in the terms and on the privacy page.
Even then, ask. We'd rather hear the specifics than have you assume the answer.
